A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous. I am convinced that there can be luxury in simplicity. I wanted to dress the woman who lives and works, not the woman in a painting. It’s hard to balance everything. It’s always challenging. My relationships with producers or photographers – these are relationships that took years. I can’t get sucked into that celebrity thing, because I think it’s just crass. My aim is to make the poor look rich.
Can I cancel my order?
You CAN cancel your order if you do so BEFORE it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quick, so we ask you let us know straight away.
Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can’t be cancelled. However, we do offer free returns，so get in touch with one of our customer support staff and we can arrange a refund.
How do I track my order?

Can I return my products?
Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since your order was received, then unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your products.

Is your website secure to use?
Yes, absolutely. We use SSL (secure socket layer) to make sure that all of your data is encoded and kept safe at all times.
Will I have to pay customs on my items?
This differs from country to country. The customer is accountable for any customs charges that may arise.
What happens if I order more than one item?
Few items will arrive collectively, while others may reach separately.
